Above and Beyond Staffing Solutions was founded in 2011 by Mr. Truman Irving. Mr Irving was able to use his business knowledge to arrange our first contract with Pak Rite Industries Inc in April of 2011. Since then, Above and Beyond Staffing Solutions has made tremendous strides in the temporary staffing world and will continue to provide the best service above any of the competition.
It all started with one goal in mind....getting Michigan back to work! With a winning formula of Easy + Affordable Above and Beyond Staffing Solutions has given companies the cost savings they wanted and the trained staff they needed. Since gaining our first contract, Above and Beyond Staffing Solutions has decreased labor costs by 25% and has employed over 300 employees and counting.
